Among the many 3-star raid bosses, Crawdaunt in Pokemon GO is one that can be beaten solo, duo, or with a team. If you have strong counters you can use against this creature, then you are good to tackle it alone. That said, those who have higher-level counters will be able to deal more damage than lower-level ones.

When raiding to beat Crawdaunt, there are a few things you need to keep in mind. One of them is that the raid monster will have boosted CP and access to all its moves. The raid will also increase its Hit Point (HP), making defeating Crawdaunt in Pokemon GO 3-star raids a daunting quest.

The Pokemon GO event, Spelunker's Cove, is arriving on June 15. It will feature bosses like Crawdaunt, Kabutops, and Onix in 3-star raids. But, this article will only focus on the first creature. To battle against Crawdaunt, it would be best to get strong Bug, Electric, Fairy, Fighting, and Grass-type moves for yourself.

Moreover, the moves you select for Crawdaunt counters in Pokemon GO must benefit from STAB. Creatures that can take advantage of this effect are much more reliable options. And on top of that, as long as you have Legendary/Mythical Pokemon — evolving them into their Mega forms is a plus — they will make your team resilient and powerful.

You can also use Shadow Pokemon to battle Crawdaunt in Pokemon GO 3-star raids. As these entities have increased attack power, they are good creatures to have for Crawdaunt raids.

Each time this Pokemon appears as a 3-star raid boss in the game, its Hit Points will be 3,600. The creature will boast 224 Atk and 142 Def in the gym arena. Additionally, it will also have 17,967 Combat Power (CP). Crawdaunt will be able to use Snarl and Water Fall as its Fast Attacks. Both of these are quick, lethal moves.

You should be careful of its Charged Moves — Vise Grip, Night Slash, Bubble Beam, Scald, Crabhammer, and Razor Shell. All these attacks Crawdaunt uses in the raid will be in random order. So, there is a good chance that the Rogue Pokemon can use its best moves against your counters. This can be devastating for solo raiders.
