All eyes are on the Pokemon World Championship event of 2024 because they are excited to see who will be crowned as the next World Champion. Niantic has offered opportunities for the players to get their hands on some of the rare Shiny Pokemon, like Shiny Shadow Sableye.

These variants are difficult to come across in the game due to their low shiny rates. Plus, a new costume Pokemon and its costumed shiny form are available to catch and train in this event.

Now, we will take a look at five rare Shiny Pokemon that you should hunt during the runtime of the championship event.

Rare Shiny Pokemon to search for at Pokemon GO 2024 Pokemon World Championship

1) Shiny Mienfoo

The Shiny variants of Mienfoo and Mienshao have been officially introduced to players with the start of the Pokemon GO 2024 Pokemon World Championship Celebration. You can play the mobile game to check if Mienfoo has appeared in one-star raid battles. If it has, its weaknesses can be exploited to defeat it. Do this to earn encounters with it.

It is worth noting that Shiny Mienfoo is hard to find in this event because it has a shiny rate of 10%. This means you have to beat as many Pokemon GO Mienfoo raids as possible to get Shiny Mienfoo.

2) Shiny Incarnate Forme Thundurus

This Incarnate Forme Thundurus variant is a highly sought-after Shiny Pokemon in the game. It represents the Forces of Nature, a group comprised of four powerful entities.

During the run of the Pokemon GO 2024 Pokemon World Championship event, you can join 5-star Incarnate Thundurus raids. By emerging victorious, you may get an encounter with Shiny Incarnate Forme Thundurus.

It is not possible to defeat Shiny Incarnate Forme Thundurus solo in Pokemon GO. Due to this, the raiding friends should band together and then attack it. As a final note, it is good to know what to do in Pokemon GO Incarnate Forme Thundurus raids.

3) Shiny Shadow Sableye

The Adventure Week: Taken Over event recently concluded, where it debuted and brought back several Shadow Pokemon for players to catch. Now, with the Pokemon GO 2024 Pokemon World Championship on us, seven different Pocket Monsters of this status can be captured from Shadow raids.

Shiny Shadow Sableye, one of the 3-star Raid Bosses, has returned to the game, which means you have to beat it to get it.

Here is the catch! The shiny rate of Shiny Shadow Sableye is approximately 1-in-64. So, because of this, you will most likely encounter the regular form, Shadow Sableye. Both of these forms are great critters for the Great League of the GO Battle League.

4) Shiny World Championships 2024 Pikachu

To be honest, the new costume design for Pikachu is fantastic and is a great way to celebrate the Pokemon GO 2024 Pokemon World Championship Celebration by introducing it. As such, it would be a waste of time and energy if you do not manage to get a Shiny World Championships 2024 Pikachu. The most wonderful feeling would be if one finds a Sundo while hunting for it.

5) Shiny Magnemite

Shiny Magnemite is a dual Electric- and Steel-type Pocket Monster with a golden steel circular body. It has three screws attached to its head and a body that attracts two magnets.

At the Pokemon GO 2024 Pokemon World Championship Celebration event, you can defeat Magnemite in one-star raids to earn encounters with Shiny Magnemite - but only if you’re lucky!
