When will Cooper Kupp return to action? Fantasy Football injury update on Rams WR

Cooper Kupp's return from injury will serve as a much-needed boost for a Los Angeles Rams offense that has struggled at the red zone since losing both of their top wide receivers to injury. With Puka Nacua on Injured Reserve and Kupp out since Week 2, the Rams have used Demarcus Robinson, Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington but with just one win in four games entering Week 5, Kupp's return cannot come soon enough for Sean McVay.

ESPN insider Adam Schefter reported a major update on Kupp on Sunday morning, revealing that the Rams plan to have their WR1 back in time to face the Las Vegas Raiders on October 20.

The Rams will go up against the Green Bay Packers later today but Kupp has officially been ruled out, which means he will miss his third straight game.

Fantasy Football Week 5 injuries: Which players are out this week?

The Cleveland Browns have opened the practice window for Nick Chubb but Week 5 against the Washington Commanders will come too soon for him. His teammate David Njoku was a major doubt to suit up this week but he is likely to be on a limited number of snaps today.

Elsewhere, Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson will also miss the Week 5 game in London as he continues to recover from a knee injury. Bills WR1 Khalil Shakir is also out this week when Buffalo goes up against Houston. Meanwhile, the Texans will have Tank Dell back from injury but running back duo Joe Mixon and Dameon Pierce are not expected to be fit in time.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson has been downgraded to doubtful after suffering an oblique injury last week. Joe Flacco is expected to take over for the second-year signal caller. Richardson's teammate Jonathan Taylor is also out of Week 5 with an ankle injury.

Raiders All-Pro Davante Adams is still nursing a hamstring injury and has been ruled out against the Denver Broncos. His teammate Zamir White will also miss the game with a groin injury.

Elsewhere, the Giants will have their work cut out for them with Devin Singletary a major doubt to face the Seattle Seahawks. Rookie wideout Malik Nabers has been ruled out with a concussion.

On the Packers' side of things, the franchise has suspended Romeo Doubs while Christian Watson is also out.

The Cowboys also have a few issues. They will be without Brandin Cooks, who has landed on injured reserve with a knee injury, though Trevon Diggs is expected to make a comeback.
