Jackson Mahomes is the younger brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Gracie Hunt is the daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt and is a major voice within the organization. In a recent interview with "Fox News Digital," Hunt came to Jackson's defense. She spoke highly of Jackson and the Mahomes family. She also discussed how others are quick to judge Jackson and his actions.

Hunt said:

"I think Patrick Mahomes has a wonderful family – from Brittany to Jackson. They are wonderful people, and we are so blessed to have them as part of our organization and are huge rocks in Patrick’s life. I do think that we live in a culture that’s often quick to criticize and slow to forgive. But I think we need to be one that’s quick to forgive and slow to criticize.”

Jackson Mahomes made headlines several times last season for his various appearances at Chiefs games. He garnered attention for his TikTok videos, which received millions of views, by dancing on the sidelines and getting into confrontations with fans. One such major confrontation took place in Baltimore in September 2021.

The Chiefs lost to the Baltimore Ravens in Week Two of the 2021 season. Following the loss, Jackson was filmed emptying a bottle of water onto a crowd of Ravens fans who taunted him and Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany.

The 2018 NFL MVP backed his brother and wife in a press conference and said that the whole situation wasn’t captured on video.

Patrick Mahomes said:

“There was things said to him and Brittany that you don’t see kind of on the clip,” Mahomes said at the time. “He’s been good at not trying to respond to that kind of stuff. He takes a lot, and he’s usually pretty good at it.”

However, there have been more incidents with Jackson Mahomes, and his actions have caused him to become more controversial.

The younger brother of Patrick Mahomes was named by a local business on TikTok for supposedly scamming the company. This followed another incident in which a Kansas City bar called him out on social media for acting entitled and being disrespectful toward employees at the establishment.

Jackson's older brother will be playing in Super Bowl 57, and the social media influencer will be in attendance. We'll see if Jackson Mahomes makes headlines in Arizona or if he will simply watch his brother as he attempts to win his second-ever Super Bowl.
