Baltimore Ravens and Washington Commanders players got involved in a scuffle after Lamar Jackson received a big hit right after reaching the first-down mark to ice the game. With 1:08 on the clock, the defending NFL MVP carried the ball and reached the mark right before Jeremy Chinn bumped into him and threw him to the floor.

As soon as this happened, Ravens players got upset and started yelling at Chinn. Isaiah Likely was the first to face off with the defender before the rest of the offensive line joined him. Commanders players joined the 'huddle' too and moved the multitude through the sidelines before the situation cooled off.

Nothing could be done after that moment for the Commanders, as the Ravens secured the victory with Lamar Jackson's play. He rushed for 40 yards on 11 carries while completing 20 of his 26 pass attempts for 323 passing yards and one touchdown. Baltimore won this duel 30-23 to improve to 4-2 in the season and end the Commanders' four-game winning streak.

Lamar Jackson revealed what he told to Jayden Daniels after beating Washington

As the Ravens consummate the victory, start quarterback Lamar Jackson exchanged words with Jayden Daniels in the middle of the field. He revealed the curious request he asked the rookie play-caller while talking with reporter Tracy Wolfson.

"I need that jersey," he said. "Definitely. Great player. Just his fifth or sixth game in the league, rookie year. The sky's the limit for him."

Moreover, Jackson explained what went wrong with the Ravens to start the season. After an 0-2 start, they started winning games against the Dallas Cowboys and now are on a four-game winning streak and leading the AFC North standings.

"Taking accountability, we made a lot of mistakes in the first games. That's the NFL, everything is not perfect, but we just try to minimize our mistakes and just put points on the board. That's what we've been doing," Jackson said.

The Ravens will return to the field on Oct. 21 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers while the Commanders will resume action a day sooner against the Carolina Panthers.
