While recovering from his recent concussion, Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa got roasted by teammate, Tyreek Hill. In Week 2, Tagovailoa scrambled for a run against the Buffalo Bills, and as he went down, he was hit by Bills safety, Damar Hamlin, and suffered a head injury.

The concussion was the third confirmed concussion of Tagovailoa's NFL career. He has been sidelined since Week 2.

A Dolphins fan by the user name, "CoachJimFuller" posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, that Tagovailoa's first playback should be a designed QB run to show the league he isn't scared to run the ball and take more contact. Hill saw the Tweet pop up on his timeline and responded with what seemed to be a shot at Tagovailoa's endurance.

Hill Tweeted:

"Who gone call the next play."

Whether joking or not, some felt Hill was questioning Tagovailoa's long-term health and being injury-prone. Tagovailoa will miss next Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts on Oct. 20 but is eligible to return from his injury the following week against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Dolphins are monitoring Tagovailoa's situation closely, and are reviewing it on a weekly basis. He could return as soon as the Cardinals game, or the Dolphins could keep him out longer.

Injuries are part of the game of football. Professional football players will experience a plethora of injuries throughout their playing careers, some more serious than others.

Tua Tagovailoa is in his fifth season in the NFL, but he's already piled up a ton of injuries. In chronological order, Tagovailoa has had a high ankle sprain, a thumb sprain, chest rib fracture, hand finger fracture, and in the last two years has suffered three concussions and a shoulder injury.

In total, Tagovailoa has endured eight injuries, with three of those being concussions, which is the most serious injury he's suffered. It's concerning anytime someone experiences a concussion.

During the 2022 season, Tagovailoa had two concussions in one season and also had a third concussion in a game against the Green Bay Packers that was deemed an "unofficial" concussion.

Tagovailoa's concussion this season marks the fourth of his NFL career and the fourth in the span of the last two years. Concussions are one of, if not the most, serious injuries in football, and repeated concussions are never a good sign.

Tua Tagovailoa is going to have to protect himself better when he has the ball if he wants to extend his NFL career.
