Former New Orleans Saints star running back Reggie Bush revealed he almost attended one of the wild parties that hip hop mogul Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs used to throw. The Super Bowl XLIV winner joined Robert Griffin III's "Outta Pocket" podcast on Tuesday to discuss a plethora of topics.
A clip shared today on X, formerly Twitter, shows Bush detailing how one of his friends ruined his arrival at Diddy's party. When he was asked if he had ever been to a Diddy party, Bush replied:
"Nope... I have been invited, I just didn't make it over there, like we just didn't go. I was in Miami for a music festival, and I was sponsored by Red Bull at this time, okay? And my rep from Red Bull, the main guy who was with me at the time, I was with a group of people, and Diddy lives on Star Island, and I have a friend who has a house across from Diddy's crib."
"Oh and so we were going to my boy's house, and Diddy was throwing a party at his house. my rep from from Red Bull, was so drunk and wasted, he threw up on Diddy's lawn."
Bush added that he felt embarrassed and judged by the people who witnessed the incident.
"Swear to God, to this day, I was so embarrassed because we were about to walk into the party, and he just like (puke sounds) everywhere, all over the lawn. It's people outside, people trying to get in. and they looking at me, like, why you bring him? And it's late, it's like, it's like, three, four o'clock in the morning, and we just left. So we so that was the one and only that I almost went."
In the long run, this may have saved Reggie Bush from having a bad experience, as Diddy's parties have earned a terrible reputation in the past couple of months.

This incident wasn't the only time Reggie Bush talked about something related to Miami. The reinstated Heisman winner shared his opinion on Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa's future in the league on Robert Griffin III's podcast, saying that he should consider retirement.
Bush says that the former Alabama play-caller should be smart, as the brain can only take so much pain. He added that the body can get stronger, but the brain will get weaker if this kind of punishment continues.
Tua Tagovailoa has raised concern among fans, analysts and players, but this decision will ultimately come down to him. Reggie Bush has made a suggestion, but the last word doesn't belong to him.
