Puka Nacua's girlfriend Hallie Aiono pens heartfelt note as couple passes three-year milestone

Wide receiver Puka Nacua had a breakout season for the Los Angeles Rams in 2023. Unfortunately for Nacua, he suffered a knee injury in Week 1 that will have him off the field until November. In the meantime, he and his girlfriend Hallie Aiono are celebrating personal milestones.

Aiono shared a photo of the couple on her Instagram Story to honor two occasions, the third anniversary of them dating and "National Boyfriend Day."

Hallie Aiono also wrote a heartfelt message for Puka Nacua in the Instagram Story. Among her sweet words, she referred to him as her 'best friend' and expressed her love for the life they share.

"We hit our 3 year last week and it's national boyfriend day today. My peace. My daily laugh. My best friend. I love this life we have built. To many more, my love. I love you Puka baby," Hallie Aiono wrote in the IG caption.

Puka Nacua and Hallie Aiono didn't just celebrate their dating anniversary in September, they also celebrated her birthday. On Sep. 10, Aiono shared a photo of herself sitting in front of a large pink and purple flower arrangement.

Hallie Aiono wrote in her caption she said she turned off the comments on the Instagram post because the flowers that she received from boyfriend Puka Nacua, needed their own moment.

"Turned the comments off because moment of silence for my birthday flowers from my baby," Aiono wrote in the caption.

The large flower arrangement wasn't the only way Nacua celebrated Aiono's big day. He also shared his own heartfelt Instagram post, which included a carousel of photos throughout their relationship.

"My hallie baby! Another year of excitement smiles laughter and growth together! I am lucky to see you smile everyday and become better with you! #myhalliebby," Nacua wrote

While the couple doesn't share many photos of each other on social media, they do acknowledge and share photos on big occasions.
