Presidential candidate Donald Trump reportedly plans to attend Sunday's Pittsburgh Steelers versus New York Jets game. If true, the former U.S. President will be present for Davante Adams' debut with the New Yorkers after the Las Vegas Raiders traded him on Tuesday.

Journalist Laura Loomer shared the news on X, formerly Twitter, earlier on Tuesday.

"Hearing that President Trump will be attending the Pittsburgh Steelers game on Sunday in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!" She tweeted.

This matchup will serve as Week 7's 'Sunday Night Football' game, which appears to be a good option for Trump to be seen while watching one of the most anticipated reunions in football in recent years. His potential appearance and Adams' debut should make this game attractive for several fans.

Donald Trump has found big support within the NFL

It's no secret that several NFL players have expressed their support for Donald Trump. Defensive stars like Las Vegas Raiders' Maxx Crosby and San Fransisco 49ers' Nick Bosa admire the businessman turned politician and even took to social media to hype him up.

After Trump miraculously survived an assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania rally, Crosby used three emojis to describe him:

"🐐 🐐 🐐"

Similarly, Bosa shared an Instagram story of himself hugging the former President. In this case, however, he didn't add a caption.

More recently, Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker endorsed Trump during an appearance on FOX News. He came to this decision after saying that Trump is the most pro-life candidate.

"I'm supporting the president that's going to be the most pro-life and I think Donald Trump is the most pro-life president. That's the most crucial topic for me. I want us to be fighting for the most vulnerable, fighting for the unborn, and that's what we should prioritize," Butker said.

Devon Mostert, Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert's wife, expressed her support for Trump in an interview with FOX News, saying she was voting to protect her kids in the future. This came after she blasted Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris over her response to Hurricane Milton.

Annah Gore, Tua Tagovailoa's wife, also shared her positive feelings toward Trump by reposting a reel on her Instagram story showing that the former U.S. President turned his Doral Miami resort into a shelter home.

Perhaps Trump will get a lot of heat for his appearance at Acrisure Stadium, but plenty within the league will be happy to see him.
