Detroit Lions star Jared Goff turned 30 years old on Monday and his wife Christen Harper didn't miss a chance for the celebration. Harper took to Instagram to share a birthday wish, attached with some adorable pictures of the couple.
In the first picture, Jared Goff and his wife Christen Harper can be seen standing next to each other, followed by a snapshot of the couple sharing a kiss. Wishing Goff, Harper said in the caption:
"Happy 30th birthday husband."
The couple got married in June earlier this year. It was an intimate ceremony in Ojai, California. Almost two months before their wedding, Goff talked about the reason for getting married in California, in an interview with PEOPLE.
"California is where I grew up and live currently, and my fiancée is from just outside of [Los Angeles] so she was born and raised there as well. We have some pretty good roots there. We'll have all our friends and family there. It'll be a big party and something we'll remember forever,” Goff said.
Christen Harper's birthday post came almost two weeks after the SI model shared her wholesome reaction to Jared Goff's historic 18-of-18 game against Seattle. Talking about the wedding, while most fans know how long they have been dating, very few know about the starting point of their romance.

Jared Goff and Christen Harper are quite private in terms of sharing their personal life on social media. That's one reason why fans are always curious about the daily ongoings of the couple. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, the model revealed how she met the Lions star through Raya (a dating app).
"I was truly not looking for anything at the time. I had just gotten out of a long relationship and I was trying to stay single for a year. Then I met him and the rest is history, baby," Christen Harper said.
The couple met in 2019 and went ahead dating each other for three years before exchanging rings. It was during their vacation in Mexico when Goff went down on his knee to propose to Harper. Later, the quarterback broke the engagement news with an Instagram post, attached with an adorable picture from the proposal.
