DeAndre Hopkins continues to build a name for himself on the gridiron while his girlfriend teaches her son valuable life lessons. On Tuesday, BreAnna Young took her son to a nursing home. The duo spent time with the old folks there and engaged in several activities.

Young took to her Instagram stories to show off their visit and highlighted the important life lessons she expects her son to pick from this trip.

“I brought my son to a nursing home to remind him life is short and every moment is precious. We brought, Bibles, cookies and him singing,” captioned Young.

The Tennessee Titans wide receiver made his relationship public with BreAnna Young in May 2021. Young is a model and a licensed multi-engine commercial pilot.

BreAnna Young’s son is not with DeAndre Hopkins; the child is from her previous relationship with former NFL wide receiver Josh Stewart. The five-time Pro Bowler Hopkins has a daughter.

DeAndre Hopkins gets emotional on mother’s book launch

DeAndre Hopkins lost his father when he was only five months old, and his mother, Sabrina Greenlee, lost her eyes 10 years later due to a domestic violence issue.

She raised Hopkins and three elder siblings. In July, Greenlee released an autobiography detailing her journey and Hopkins shared his reaction to this on X (previously Twitter).

Congratulations on your book launch Mom!.. This is my mom’s story of conquering motherhood. From selling drugs just to feed four kids, to overcoming depression from being blind. This is more than a book, it’s Us.”

Hopkins has been giving his touchdown balls to his mom ever since he started playing. While Hopkins hasn’t been able to participate this season yet, due to a knee injury, his loved ones would want to see him back on the gridiron.

The Titans have been unable to win a single game this season and would also want DeAndre Hopkins in their ranks for the Week 4 clash. The Titans will be on the road to take on the Miami Dolphins on September 30.
