The Dallas Cowboys extended star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb to a lucrative contract just days before the season began. Lamb, along with quarterback Dak Prescott, have not been able to find their rhythm yet and it showed against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday afternoon.

Hall of Fame WR Michael Irvin said on "It Is What It Is" on Monday morning that he believes the Cowboys need to make a trade for another offensive weapon. He added that Lamb's struggles are only making it more obvious that Dallas needs another one.

[2:50] "I needed Dak Prescott and I needed CeeDee Lamb to have one of those big days because it was going to be an offensive battle, I found out other issues even on that side," Irvin said. The Ravens were very physical with CeeDee, they kept pressing on him every which way. They were very, very physical with him. The thing is it knocked him off his game, it knocked them off their game. And it's all you're going to see from now..."
I need the Cowboys to start looking at bringing in or hitting that trade deadline to get some other offensive weapon. You’re never going to fix that defense at stopping the run so you got to try to outscore teams. You got to make a trade somewhere and get another offensive weapon."

Irvin didn't appear to have much confidence in the Cowboys' defense and their ability to stop the run. He feels that adding more to the offense will put the team in a much better position moving forward.

CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott had heated exchange on Cowboys sideline

The Dallas Cowboys struggled to stop the Baltimore Ravens run game and establish one of their own in Sunday's loss. Frustrations amongst the Cowboys players boiled over and at one point Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb had an exchange on the sidelines.

Lamb had a total of four receptions for 67 yards and had a costly fumble in the red zone late in the first half. The two were on the sidelines and Lamb appeared to have told his QB that he would be available all day long.

“I’m not going no where ima be here all day.”

Dak Prescott then walked away from Lamb as he was still talking, likely to ensure a bigger argument didn't ensue.
