Justin Jefferson and the Minnesota Vikings came up with an important 23-17 win against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2. The star wide receiver scored a 97-yard touchdown in that game but later suffered a quad injury.
Jefferson sustained an injury in a collision with Fred Warner in the third quarter and did not return. The 49ers linebacker recently discussed the situation and mentioned it was 'a crazy accident'. He said:
