The New England Patriots vs. The Jacksonville Jaguars game, which is the last NFL game in London this season, doesn't quite represent a battle between two contenders, but it should still be an intriguing one.

The Patriots are traveling to London with renewed hope after their 41-21 loss to the Houston Texans last week, where rookie Drake Maye made an impact in his debut game as a starter.

Meanwhile, the Jacksonville Jaguars played in London last week and fell to the Chicago Bears 35–16. The Jaguars have been very disappointing this season, stumbling to a 1-5 start after six games. They are aware that another loss would virtually mean that they won't make the playoffs.

New England Patriots injury report

Offensive tackle Vederian Lowe has been ruled out of the New England Patriots' trip to London due to an ankle injury.

Moreover, the following players have been labeled as questionable for the game: guard Michael Jordan (ankle), linebacker Sione Takitaki (knee), cornerback Marco Wilson (groin), wide receiver Javon Baker (illness) and linebacker Curtis Jacobs (knee).

Rhamondre Stevenson injury update

Rhamondre Stevenson was unable to participate in the Patriots' first two sessions of the week due to a foot injury. However, the running back still traveled with the rest of the squad to London and practiced fully on Friday at Harrow School in London.

Stevenson is listed as questionable to play against the Jaguars and is on the Patriots' final injury report. Nevertheless, he told reporters on Friday that he feels well and is prepared to play.

During his news conference on Friday from London, Stevenson told reporters:

"Yeah, I'm feeling good right now. I feel like I should be ready to play on Sunday, but I had to take a few days off.”

Drake Maye injury update

Drake Maye, the third overall selection in the 2024 NFL draft, passed for three touchdowns in the New England Patriots’ loss to the Houston Texans last weekend. He was subsequently listed on the Patriots' injury report on Wednesday with a knee issue but participated fully in practice.

Maye also put in additional full practice participations on Thursday and Friday. He's not an injury doubt for the game against the Jags.

Vederian Lowe injury update

Vederian Lowe sustained an ankle injury in the New England Patriots' Week 6 game against the Houston Texans last week. He had a test on his ankle on Monday; the result is still unknown, but the injury is serious enough to prevent him from playing in the Week 7 matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
