The picture is getting better for both Mark Andrews and Taysom Hill in fantasy football, especially as the season has seen tight ends suffering in fantasy production as a whole. Deciding between the two of them is going to be tougher than it sounds.

Is Mark Andrews a great fantasy pick in Week 5?

Did you know that Andrews, one of the best tight ends in the league ever since he was drafted, has just two targets and no receptions in the last two games? The Baltimore Ravens have done a great job running the ball, but their passing offense has been underused as a result.

Andrews has six catches, 65 receiving yards and no touchdowns so far this season. At some point, he'll have a good game and will be a feature on Baltimore's offense again, but that's not the moment for you to pick him for your fantasy team.

He's also a player where you're going to find better options all around. His numbers are better than those of Andrews but that doesn't mean they're good – just 77 rushing yards and one receiving yard, although he does have two touchdowns.

Players like Taysom Hill are always exciting for fantasy football on the basis that they can earn points both rushing and receiving – but it's useless when you're not good in any of them. The New Orleans Saints will also play against a strong Kansas City Chiefs defense, so just fold Hill.

Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Optimizer confirms that this is going to be a close battle between the two of them but there's a clear advantage to the Saints player with his rushing yards. His Swiss Knife role in New Orleans puts him in better shape.

Mark Andrews is struggling badly this year and it's unlikely to change in Week 5 against a Cincinnati Bengals team where everybody is running the ball well. The Ravens have better offensive options at this moment and starting him will cost your fantasy team.
