Tony Pollard, the star running back for the Cowboys, is healthy and will start the game against the Buccaneers.

Pollard and the Cowboys suffered a disappointing 6-26 loss in the Week 18 matchup against the Washington Commanders. In that game, Pollard made seven rushing attempts in 19 yards.

Pollard, who finished with more rushing yards on fewer touches, outperformed Ezekiel Elliott, a fellow running back for the Cowboys. Pollard has rushed for 1,007 yards on 193 attempts, averaging 5.2 yards per carry. He also scored nine touchdowns this season.

The 25-year-old will also compete against a Buccaneers team that ranks 15th in terms of running yards allowed per game. He grabbed 39 catches for 371 yards and three touchdowns.

Due to Elliott's involvement, Pollard's touches will continue to be few, therefore his output against the Buccaneers clearly has a cap. On Monday night, he is the priciest running back option, but he is unquestionably the best running back option for your DFS lineup.
