The Buffalo Bills' second preseason game against the Steelers is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday in Pittsburgh. The Bills will look to bounce back after their 33-6 loss to the Chicago Bears in their preseason opener last week.

When the Bills and Steelers play at Acrisure Stadium on Saturday night, the main objective will be to avoid any injuries, the only real positive that emerged from the team's home loss against the Bears.

Josh Allen, the starting quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, is not expected to play against the Steelers today, although he was involved in two drives in the first quarter against the Bears.

Allen did not participate in the first preseason game last year, but he played in three series during the second game and in the third one for a while. It's unclear if the seasoned quarterback will play in the Bills' second and third preseason games before the start of the regular season.

Last Wednesday, Allen was asked about potentially playing in the preseason.

"I don't feel it makes a difference for me at this point in my career," Allen said (h/t ESPN). ... "If I'm asked to play, I'll play. If I'm told not to play, I won't play. So, the competitive juices in me want to play, but I understand Week 1 -- we still got some time."

The Bills won't want to risk injury by playing Allen for two straight preseason games, so Mitch Trubisky and Ben DiNucci will probably get the bulk of the workload against the Steelers on Saturday.

Although Trubisky's performance against the Bears last week wasn't especially bad, it was still far from ideal. Trubisky needs to put up a stronger showing against the Steelers to establish himself as the Bills' top backup quarterback choice going into the regular season.

How to watch Bills vs Steelers in Preseason Week 2?

The Buffalo Bills defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-17 in the first-round playoff game in January. Today's matchup between the two teams is a rematch of that playoff game, but the stakes are lower this time, and there is no real significance to the result.

The Steelers and Bills will meet at Acrisure Stadium on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. ET in their second preseason game of the year.

NFL Network will broadcast the game live across the country, but Pittsburgh fans may also watch via KDKA Pittsburgh (CBS). Additionally, WIVB, the Bills' official broadcast station, will carry the game locally.

You may watch the preseason game on a number of streaming services, such as NFL+, Sling TV, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV and FuboTV, if you don't have access to NFL Network.

It should be noted that there is a fee associated with streaming. You will need a subscription to the streaming service you choose to access these games via streaming.
