Week 18 of the 2022 Fantasy Football season will represent the final matchup of the year. The NFL Playoffs officially begin next week, meaning the fantasy playoffs will conclude this week. Any fantasy team who are fortunate enough to have a meaningful matchup this week are more than likely to play for the league championship in a winner-take-all game.

Streaming tight ends will be a popular strategy in Week 18, as they usually are during most weeks of the Fantasy Football season. Managers will also need to pay close attention to each specific NFL matchup. Many teams will be resting certain players as they either look ahead to the playoffs or to the 2023 season. The adjusted roles may help fantasy managers when making lineup decisions, including which tight ends to target.

Logan Thomas has been disappointing during the 2022 Fantasy Football season. He recorded just two top 12 finishes. Week 18 will present an extremely difficult challenge for a strong finish to the year. Rookie quarterback Sam Howell will be making the first start of his career, replacing Carson Wentz and Taylor Heinicke. The Dallas Cowboys also allow the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends.
