Tight ends are among the most challenging NFL positions in the 2022 Fantasy Football season. Only two full-time starting tight ends have averaged more than eight fantasy points per game this year. This makes streaming tight ends an increasingly popular strategy in Fantasy Football for optimizing the position.
Week 14 of the 2022 Fantasy Football season will be more difficult than usual for streamers. A maximum of six NFL teams are on a bye week. This significantly decreases the potential starting options.
It will be more important than ever to analyze direct weekly matchups and recent individual performances to determine which tight ends to target in Week 14.

Hunter Henry has clearly surpassed Jonnu Smith as the top tight end for the New England Patriots. Henry is averaging 1.5 more PPR points per game than Smith. He may be a key part of their offense in Week 14 against the Arizona Cardinals.
The Cardinals allow the most fantasy points per game to tight ends and head coach Bill Belichick has been known to attack opposing teams' weaknesses.
Mike Gesicki - Miami Dolphins vs. Los Angeles Chargers
Mike Gesicki is a boom-or-bust tight end in Fantasy Football. He has finished inside the top 10 tight ends three times this year, including TE1 against the Minnesota Vikings in PPR points in Week 6.
He has a favorable matchup in Week 14 against the Los Angeles Chargers for a potential boom week. It's projected to be one of the highest-scoring games of the week and the Chargers rank in the bottom 10 against opposing tight ends.
Gerald Everett - Los Angeles Chargers vs. Miami Dolphins
Gerald Everett is another tight end featured in the same matchup as Mike Gesicki when the Los Angeles Chargers face off against the Miami Dolphins in Week 14. This potential shootout is an excellent matchup to target for Fantasy Football.
The Dolphins allow the third-most fantasy points per game to tight ends, making Everett a solid streamer.
NFL Week 14 Fantasy Football Tight Ends: Sit 'Em
Tyler Conklin - New York Jets vs. Buffalo Bills
The New York Jets offense has received a boost since switching quarterbacks from Zach Wilson to Mike White. This hasn't exactly helped Tyler Conklin in Fantasy Football. He has finished outside the top 30 tight ends in three of his last four games.
Conkling's three best games this season came in the first three weeks when Joe Flacco was still the quarterback. He can be avoided against the Buffalo Bills' top-five fantasy defense against tight ends.
Dawson Knox - Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets
Dawson Knox is a solid streaming tight end in Fantasy Football when playing in a favorable matchup. He has finished inside the top 15 tight ends four times this year. Week 14 doesn't appear to be one of those matchups.
The New York Jets have one of the best defenses in the 2022 NFL season. This includes ranking in the top 12 in fantasy points allowed per game to tight ends.
Noah Fant - Seattle Seahawks vs. Carolina Panthers
Noah Fant has put together some of his best performances of the 2022 Fantasy Football season over the last few weeks. He has finished inside the top 20 tight ends in each of the last four weeks, including a season-best PPR TE3 in Week 13 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Week 14 presents a more difficult challenge against the Carolina Panthers. They rank in the top eight in fantasy points allowed to tight ends.
