The wide receiver market continued to explode as Jaylen Waddle agreed on a three-year, $84.75M contract extension that includes $76M guaranteed with the Miami Dolphins.
Upon signing his new deal, Waddle became the fourth-highest paid wide receiver in the NFL as he is set to make $28.2 million per year on his new deal. He trails his Miami teammate, Tyreek Hill, who makes $30 million per season.
Between Hill and Waddle, they account for $58.2 million annually from the Dolphins on their current deals.

Following Jaylen Waddle's new deal, there are now five NFL teams that pay two receivers at least $20 million per season on their team.
Here are the five teams that are currently paying two wide receivers $20 million or more per year:
1. Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins became the latest team to have a wide recevier duo make $20 million per season.
Tyreek Hill is the third-highest paid wide receiver in the NFL, being paid $30 million a year. Waddle's new three-year $84.75 extension with the Dolphins puts him at $28.2 million per season and is now the fourth-highest paid wide out in the NFL.
Both Hill and Waddle are in the top five for highest-paid wide receivers in the NFL.
2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have two wide receivers just cracking $20 million per year.
Wide recevier Chris Godwin earns $20 million per season on his three-year, $60 million deal. Mike Evans signed a two-year $52 million deal this offseason to avoid free agency, becoming one of the highest-paid wide receivers in the NFL.
3. Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles became another team this offseason to pay at least two wide receivers $20 million a season.
Wide receiver AJ Brown signed a three-year, $96 million contract extension, which equals to $32 million a year and became the highest-paid wide receiver in NFL history. DeVonta Smith also got awarded with a big contract as he was paid $76 million for three years.
4. Chicago Bears
The Chicago Bears acquired two wide receivers in back-to-back offseasons.
Over a year ago, they acquired DJ Moore from the Carolina Panthers. Upon being traded to Chicago, Moore signed a three-year, $61.8 extension.
This offseason, the Bears acquired Keenan Allen from the Los Angeles Chargers. He's currently playing on a four-year, $80.1 million contract.
5. Houston Texans
Last but not least, the Houston Texans are one of the five teams in the NFL that has two wide receviers making at least $20 million per season.
Stefon Diggs was acquired by the Texans this offseason and he signed a one-year $22.5 million deal.
The Texans also made another big move with another one of their wide receivers by extending Nico Collins. Collins inked a three-year, $75 million contract with $52 million guaranteed.
The wide receiver market is continung to explode. Just this offseason, Waddle, Nico Collins, AJ Brown, Amon-Ra St. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Michael Pittman Jr., and Mike Evans all signed contracts worth more than $20 million per season.
There are still many wide receivers due for contract extensions such as Justin Jefferson, Tee Higgins, Brandon Aiyuk, Tee Higgins and CeeDee Lamb.
