Austin Dillon and his family recently made the trip to victory lane at Richmond Raceway following a controversial finish to the race. Whitney and her kids celebrated with the #3 Richard Childress Racing Chevy team.

Although NASCAR's penalties dropped Dillon from the playoffs, Richard Childress Racing has appealed the decision. The National Motorsports Appeals Panel will hear the appeal on Wednesday, August 21, with Dillon's playoff hopes depending on the outcome.

After securing a 17th-place finish at Michigan, the #3 Chevy driver is currently 29th in the regular season standings with two races left before the playoffs begin.
