Samantha Busch shared her intensive shoulder workout routines with her fans. The 38-year-old native of Saint John, Indiana, is the wife of two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, Kyle Busch.

In one of her recent Instagram stories, Samantha was seen performing dumbbell lateral raises. In the caption, she wrote down her full shoulder workout regimen, which consists of six different exercises of varying intensities.

This included the Arnold press, lateral raise, steering wheel, around the world, front raises, and upright rows. Each exercise was to be performed within 15-second intervals and led with the elbows to induce maximum mind and muscle connection.

"Time to cancel this race car"- Kyle Busch's wife Samantha expresses disappointment with the NextGen product

Weeks in and weeks out, Kyle Busch has faced issues with the NextGen Cup car. There have been several instances where the veteran racer has been close to victory but was ousted from contention due to mechanical failures and balance issues.

"I feel like I’m fighting many more balance issues," Busch said in an interview at Darlington Raceway back in May, via NBC. "On top of fighting those balance issues by yourself, throw in the aero deficiencies that you have in traffic and now you’re just confused. You think that you’re going to expect it to do one thing, and it does something else and you lose a tenth of a second because you’re trying to garner that feel of what it is."

Following the playoff race at Bristol Motor Speedway on 21 September, Samantha resorted to X and took out her frustration with the new car.

"Not just saying this bc we didn’t run well but can we all agree the only exciting part of the race was watching Owen (son of Hendrick Motorsports driver, Kyle Larson) celebrate w Kyle. Can’t remember a Bristol race being that blah in long time. Time to cancel this race car."

Kyle Larson won the race, his fifth victory this year, and made it to the Round of 12. Kyle Busch, however, missed out on qualifying for this year's playoffs for the first time since 2012. Although winless this year, Busch has five more races to maintain his 19-year streak of winning at least one race every season.
