Brad Keselowski has given a tour of the RFK Racing headquarters in North Carolina. Keselowski showcased the corporate center and the race shop, where he believes the “magic happens.”

Keselowski is a 40-year-old RFK Racing driver who is also the team’s co-owner since 2022. He pilots the No. 6 Ford Mustang Dark Horse, alongside teammate Chris Buescher in the No. 17 car.

The tour started at the race shop. Brad Keselowski showed the teardown base where the race cars are torn down each week to clean all the parts. Next to it was the Metrology Area where the team junks parts that are out of spec.

One of the driver’s favorite areas is the carbon shop. As the name suggests, this area works on the carbon fiber parts of the RFK Racing Next Gen cars. For the uninitiated, race teams use carbon fiber for its lightweight characteristics and high tensile strength.

Other facilities found in the race shop include a three-booth paint shop, an auto part store, an assembly row area, an eight-post test area, and a Hawk-Eye area used to visually inspect the cars.

Brad Keselowski also showcased RFK Racing’s 53-foot trailer, which serves as their race shop on wheels.

Moving to the corporate center, Keselowski featured the team’s museum where their iconic cars including the championship-winning No. 6 Ford. The museum also exhibits the parts of the plane that crashed in 2010 while team owner Jack Roush was onboard.

The Michigan native also gave a tour of the training area or gym where team members like the pit crew train to stay in shape for race weekends. On his way out, he showed off the Most Valuable Pit Crew Award his No. 6 team earned in 2023.

The RFK Racing headquarters is located in Concord, North Carolina. The museum is open from Monday to Friday.
