Brad Keselowski gave his verdict on 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports filing a lawsuit against NASCAR. He gave a very short reply to the situation, clarifying what he felt should happen regarding the situation.

Earlier this week, 23XI and Front Row Motorsports jointly filed an anti-trust lawsuit against NASCAR owner James France for allegedly creating a monopoly-like system within the sport. It included the whole Charter situation, which the sports sanctions, and other things like acquiring the ARCA Series and preventing the teams from participating in other race series.

The tensions seem to be rising within NASCAR currently. Discussing the situation, RFK Racing driver and co-owner Brad Keselowski clarified that he wants to see the sport grow "as a whole" and is trying to focus on contributing in the smallest ways possible to achieve the same.

"The reality is, we want to grow the sport as a whole," Brad Keselowski said. "I know that's where my head's at. And, you know, I can't control anything else that happens outside of, you know, my own world. But I can do whatever small part possible to grow NASCAR and motorsports as a whole. That's really where my focus is."

When asked by journalist Bob Pockrass about the outcome that he wants to see with the two teams filing a lawsuit, Brad Keselowski mentioned that he "just wants peace."

"Just want peace, you know."
"What I want is for our entire industry is to become laser focused, I'm growing the sport. And to have incentives that connect to where we all win when that happens."

The situation regarding the new Charter agreement for 2025 was rather tough between the teams and the authorities. Teams argued that they wanted a bigger share of the revenue pie because if becomes difficult to maintain their cars during a season with the current agreement.

Brad Keselowski on reports of RFK Racing adding a third charter in 2025

Amidst the ongoing tussle between teams and NASCAR's Charter policies, it remains to be seen if RFK Racing will add a new Charter to the team. They currently race with the #6 and #17 Fords, piloted by Brad Keselowski and Chris Buescher, respectively.

Apart from sharing his views on their charters, Keselowski mentioned that the team does not have any announcements to make, stating he has nothing he would talk about publicly.

"We don’t have any announcements that we’re ready to make, but hopefully we’ll have something to share with everybody here in the next month or so,” Brad Keselowski said. “But nothing publicly that I’m ready to talk about."

Ryan Preece, currently driving full-time for Stewart-Haas Racing, was expected to drive for RFK. SHR will cease operations at the end of the season. However, the team feels that Preece has not reached his full potential yet.
