Dana White praised an El Pollo Loco worker who rejected $100,000 to quit his job during his shift.

There's a social media trend where wealthy content creators offer random people, especially fast food employees, to quit their jobs mid-shift for a cash prize. Earlier this week, 'Razzaqlocks' went to an El Pollo Loco and offered the drive-thru attendant $100,000 to leave his co-workers and find a new workplace.

Most people wouldn't turn down the opportunity because $100,000 could be double the amount of money the unnamed man makes in a year at El Pollo Loco. Instead, he refused to offer and claimed he didn't want to put his co-workers in a difficult position for the rest of the day.

Once the footage was posted on Instagram, the official account for El Pollo Loco had this to say about the worker turning down the $100,000 opportunity:

"An outstanding representation of what it means to be in our Loco Familia"

Meanwhile, Dana White was also impressed with the El Pollo Loco. The UFC CEO re-posted the video on his Instagram story and had this to say:

"@razzaqlocks offered this kid 100k to quit his job. He said he wouldn't do that to his co workers This kid has integrity and good things happen to good people!! @elpolloloco This is your employee of the decade"

Dana White gives El Pollo Loco worker $15,000 for refusing to quit job mid-shift

The El Pollo Loco worker received more than praise from UFC CEO Dana White. Following his shoutout, White found the location showcased in the social media video and handed the guy $15,000 from his pocket for the display of integrity, which was presented in another temporary Instagram story.

People in the Instagram comment sections haven't been overly nice to the El Pollo Loco worker, as they question why he refused the $100,000. With that said, there's an argument to be made that maintaining his morals is more important than financial gain. Nonetheless, the unnamed person still walked away with $15,000.
