ONE Friday Fights 83 results and recap: Panrit continues fine form with crushing second-round knockout of Superball

In the main event of ONE Friday Fights 83, Panrit Lukjaomaesaiwaree made it four successive triumphs on the global stage with a crushing second-round knockout of Superball Wankhongohm MBK.

The 27-year-old was in the driver's seat of their 139-pound catchweight Muay Thai duel, and his appetite for destruction massively helped him onto another majestic win inside the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, this past Friday, Oct. 18.

Panrit took the fight to the TDed99 star from the moment the floodgates opened, wasting no time to slam in low kicks and heavy leather that left his equivalent in reverse gear. Though Superball did attempt to deal with his countryman's raging combinations, it just kept on coming at a notch too quickly for him.

The Superbon Training Camp representative stuck to the same pace until the end of the frame of their ONE Friday Fights 83 headliner, adding a bit more of versatility — high kicks, elbows, and uppercuts — and even a sneaky left hook that dropped his foe for the count.

He brought out the same fire into the second stanza and having sent him down earlier, Panrit knew what he needed to do to see it off for good. A massive right hand over the top at the 57-second mark of the round was the moment of brilliance he needed to extend his winning ways on the promotion's latest installment of ONE Friday Fights.

Earlier in the night, multi-time Muay Thai world champion 'The Angel Warrior' Panpayak Jitmuangnon announced his return with a dominant win over Silviu Vitez. The Thai megastar kept to his trademark tools to take home a well-earned unanimous decision win over the Romanian knockout machine.
