In a recent post on Instagram, Khabib Nurmagomedov reminisced about appearing on boxing legend Mike Tyson's podcast by sharing a few snaps of the two from the segment.
In 2021, 'The Eagle' joined his fellow UFC legend Henry Cejudo on the pugilistic icon's popular podcast, Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson. During the segment, the trio talked about a plethora of topics including discipline, achieving one's dream, and Nurmagomedov's rivalry with Conor McGregor.
From the snaps 'The Eagle' shared, it seems he cherished every second of the podcast. In one picture, the MMA star and 'Iron Mike' are seen sitting next to each other, possibly listening to Cejudo.

Another photograph shows the pair enthusiastically posing for a picture with their arms around each other's shoulders, while another shows Tyson listening intently to the former UFC lightweight champion.
One snap captures the duo laughing during the podcast segment.
Both Nurmagomedov and Tyson are considered by many as the greatest of all time in their respective sports.
'The Eagle' retired from MMA in 2020 with an undefeated record of 29-0. He was last seen in a second-round submission win over Justin Gaethje at UFC 254 in 2020.
While Tyson's boxing heyday is far behind him, the former undisputed heavyweight champion boxer is set to take on YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul on Nov. 15 in an eight-round boxing match at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Khabib Nurmagomedov disappointed with Mike Tyson interview
Despite sharing pictures from his time with Mike Tyson, Khabib Nurmagomedov appears to have had a less-than-positive experience during the former boxing world champion's podcast.
In a 2021 press conference in Russia, 'The Eagle' was quizzed about his impressions of 'Iron Mike's' legendary intense gaze. Surprisingly, the former UFC megastar was underwhelmed by it.
Elaborating about his time on the podcast, Nurmagomedov said:
"No. He did not look through me. I did not like his sight at all... We were at his ranch. His podcast took place at his ranch. I [right away] told them to not have any smoking equipment on the table. I didn't like it."
