Boxing star Tyson Fury has dabbled in MMA training in the past when he trained with Nick Diaz and Darren Till. He has now posted a video of a Muay Thai training session during his recent visit to the World Kumite organization facility.

In the video, Fury was invited by a trainer to launch a few kicks on the leg kick pad. Karate instructor Junior Robert Mcinnes offered some discreet instructions to Fury and the UK star launched a heavy leg kick that sent the trainer crashing onto the canvas. He captioned the post:

"Just some old school training."

Several fans commented on the video with one fan speculating that he would be pulling out from the scheduled rematch against Oleksandr Usyk on Dec. 21:

"Playing games definitely not fighting in December... 100% running."

Another fan wrote:

"Tyson, I support you but don't go to MMA yet. Face Usyk and AJ [Anthony Joshua] in boxing while learning MMA [and] then try your hand at it. Don't rush."

Meanwhile, other fans wrote:

"Wow [clap emojis] Now give him Jon Jones or [Francis] Ngannou in the octagon."
"Please go to the USA and join the circus, you'll fit right in there."
"Man's about to pull up some muay thai moves on Usyk."

Amir Khan weighs in on the Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury rematch

Tyson Fury succumbed to the first loss of his professional career against Oleksandr Usyk and lost the WBC (World Boxing Council) title in the process.

After months of going back and forth, the pair will rekindle hostility in a rematch which will take place on Dec. 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Former unified light welterweight world champion Amir Khan previewed the clash in a recent interview with Action Network, stating:

"I've been seeing comments that Tyson Fury is going to get beat again [and] knocked out this time, but I don’t see that. One thing about Fury is [that] every time he’s lost or had a bad fight, he’s come back stronger and has known what to do and how to beat the guy." [H//t: DAZN]

Khan added:

"He might have taken his foot off the pedal in the first fight but this time he’s going to have to be focused and ready. He needs that fire in his belly again and wants to be world champion again. I don’t know if the Saudi money has made him relaxed or take that fire away but let’s hope he really wants it. I know if Tyson walks into that ring and is the guy who wants it then he’ll definitely get the knockout and win."
