Dr. Casey Means recently enlightened Joe Rogan about how bears benefit from eating berries in their pre-hibernation period. The co-founder of Levels Health, Dr. Means, detailed the various psychological effects that berries can have on bears.

Rogan hosted Dr. Casey and Calley Means on Episode No. 2210 of his famous podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE). The trio delved into the depths of several health-and-wellness-related issues during the length of the episode.

Amidst one of them, Dr. Casey Means detailed the effects of fructose on humans. She also mentioned that the berries eaten by bears before their hibernation period are also rich in fructose. Eating them makes the bears feel hungrier more often and also makes them more aggressive to outcompete their adversaries.

"In the fall, when the animals [bears] are preparing for hibernation, they start eating fructose-rich berries. They need to put a ton of fat for the winter. So there’s a feed forward mechanism with fructose that gets the bears to be more hungry and even [more] violent to out-compete other animals, to get as many berries as possible."

What did Donald Trump say about appearing on The Joe Rogan Experience?

Joe Rogan's coveted podcast, JRE, has hosted some of the most-noted celebrities of the modern world, including Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk.

Despite this, the 57-year-old didn't like the idea of having ex-POTUS Donald Trump for an episode. However, a few days ago, Elon Musk provided an affirmative reply to a tweet asking whether Trump would ever appear on JRE.

But now even 'The Trump Organization' head honcho has spoken up on this issue. Trump appeared on an episode of the Full Send Podcast where he was also questioned about his interest in appearing on JRE. The ex-POTUS replied:

"Yeah... Oh, sure. I would ... I mean, I think I'm doing it, actually ... Yeah, I am ... Did Joe become so well-known because of the UFC? And he does a great job with that, right? What was it that made y'all the best?"
