Darren Till believes that Jiri Prochazka needs to re-evaluate his training program ahead of his return to the octagon. The No.1-ranked light heavyweight contender is known for his unique training methods, which often include isolating himself in nature and using a katana.

Prochazka suffered a KO loss in his previous bout, a light heavyweight title clash with elite striker Alex Pereira. Having been defeated by 'Poatan' in two of his last three fights, Till has advised 'BJP' to spend more time in mixed martial arts gyms before his next fight.

The former champion recently appeared at a fan Q&A in Australia ahead of UFC 305, where he was asked to share his thoughts on Pereira's recently announced title fight against Khalil Rountree.

"I don't see a [chance] for Rountree. But still, I keep my mind on Alex Pereira... I believe I can beat him."

The Scouser came across the light heavyweight's comments on X, where he shared the following:

"I think he's just s**t if am being honest. He hits trees, goes on walks up mountains. I've actually never seen him in the gym doing mma training. He sits in dark rooms for days on end. I mean, I get it. But like you need to be practicing slipping that big left hook instead of sleeping in dark rooms..."

Dricus du Plessis laughs at Darren Till's advice to Israel Adesanya

Dricus du Plessis is set to defend his middleweight title against Israel Adesanya in a highly anticipated main event clash at UFC 305. Some fans and pundits expect the South African to employ a well-rounded gameplan against the elite striking of Adesanya, with 'Stillknocks' holding a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt.

He also has ten submission wins in his MMA career, one of which came against Darren Till at UFC 282. Ahead of the pending middleweight title clash, 'The Gorilla' shared some advice with 'The Last Stylebender' on how he could defeat du Plessis.

The 185-pound champion was informed of Till's advice and shared the following:

"Practice what you preach. The man couldn't stop a single takedown. The man said he won two rounds [of our fight]. He didn't win two rounds, he's crazy. I finished him, outstruck him, took him down and finished him in the third round... The man's in a downward spiral... In terms of how easy it would be to beat me, why didn't he do it?"
