Cris Cyborg recently opened up about her professional MMA career winding down as she discussed kicking off her legacy tour on Saturday at PFL: Battle of the Giants. The reigning Bellator women's featherweight champion will look to win a championship in a fifth major promotion when she takes on Larissa Pacheco in the co-main event.
The Brazilian is widely regarded as one of the greatest female MMA fighters of all time and has won championships in promotions including Strikeforce, UFC and Bellator. Cyborg will now look to add the PFL Super Fights women's featherweight championship to her already impressive Hall of Fame resume.
During the PFL: Battle of the Giants pre-fight press conference, the reigning Bellator women's featherweight champion indicated that she has three bouts remaining on her current contract. Cyborg mentioned that her final bouts under the PFL-Bellator banner will be one's for her legacy in MMA:
"I'm ready, I'm excited for this fight [against Pacheco]. It's gonna start the legacy tour and I have three fights left here. I'm telling my fans [to] come and watch the fights. I'm gonna complete two decades fighting and I feel very blessed to be here 20 years and we're gonna fight for the [PFL] belt. It's amazing."

Cris Cyborg admits she still loves fighting
When fighters are toward the end of their professional career, it's common to hear that they aren't as excited about competing and training like they once were. However, it doesn't appear that Cris Cyborg is one of them as she admitted that she still loves to compete.
During the aforementioned clip, Cyborg mentioned that it is a highlight for her to be able to compete in Saudi Arabia and noted that she is still has the same level of excitement about fighting:
"I love my job....Very blessed to be a fighter and the opportunity to come to Saudi Arabia. I think is a different way to [get] girls fight here. It's a really nice opportunity, I'm very happy to fight for the fifth title and that's very exciting for the legacy tour and this has put fire in my heart and I love my job."
