Defending champions Puneri Paltan will square off against Haryana Steelers in a rematch of last season's final tonight (Saturday, October 19) in the Pro Kabaddi League. It is the first game of the new season for both franchises.
Puneri Paltan will be without Mohammadreza Shadloui this season as he has joined the Haryana Steelers, who signed him for a whopping ₹2.07 crore at the Pro Kabaddi 2024 Auction.

Considering that the Haryana Steelers' defense is almost the same as the one that played in the Pro Kabaddi Season 10 final earlier this year, Pankaj can be backed to perform well against them again.
