Pro Kabaddi 2024 Auction will start tomorrow (August 14) evening in Mumbai. It is the 11th auction in PKL auction, and kabaddi fans across the globe have been eagerly waiting for it.

After the Puneri Paltan dominated the previous season and won their maiden trophy, the other 11 franchises will be keen to build a strong squad and clinch the championship this season. One of the major reasons behind Pune's success was that the franchise showed faith in youngsters instead of going for big names.

The youngsters carried the Pune team brilliantly with their skills and athleticism. Over the years, fans have observed that the young guns outshine the seasoned pros on a majority of the occasions in PKL. Thus, each team has a proper scouting system to unearth the best kabaddi talents.

Speaking of young players, in this listicle now, we will look at the three such youngsters who can fetch a massive bid at the Pro Kabaddi 2024 Auction.

#1 Krishan Dhull may emerge as one of the most expensive defenders at Pro Kabaddi 2024 auction

Krishan Dhull was the top Indian defender of PKL season 10. He finished second on the overall Most Tackle Points list with 73 tackle points from 24 matches. The fact that no other Indian defender touched the 70 tackle points mark shows how well Krishan performed in the right corner position for the Patna Pirates.

Despite his top-quality performance, the Pirates have not retained Krishan ahead of the Pro Kabaddi 2024 Auction. With several teams needing a right corner defender, it should not be a surprise if Krishan emerges as one of the most expensive players at the auction. Even Patna may try to re-sign him by using the FBM card.

#2 Bharat Hooda may spark a bidding war at the Pro Kabaddi 2024 auction

Bharat Hooda was the top raider for the Bengaluru Bulls in the last two seasons. He started his career as a support raider to Pawan Sehrawat. But after Pawan left the Bulls, Bharat took over as the lead raider and played the role to perfection.

In season nine, Bharat finished second on the raiders' leaderboard by scoring 279 raid points in just 23 matches. Although the young raider could not continue in the same vein in Pro Kabaddi 2023-24, he will be keen to bounce back in the upcoming tournament.

Quite a few teams need a young raider who can lead their attack. Thus, Bharat could fetch a massive deal as well.

#3 Mohit Kaler

Mohit Kaler is a young left corner defender, who was quite impressive for the Haryana Steelers in their journey to the final last season. Playing in the left corner position, the youngster earned 47 tackle points.

Teams like the Puneri Paltan, the Gujarat Giants, the Telugu Titans, and the Bengal Warriors need a specialist left corner defender for the new season. The aforementioned four franchises could get into a bidding war to sign Mohit, which may result in a massive contract for the youngster at the Pro Kabaddi 2024 Auction.
