Indian kabaddi superstar Pawan Sehrawat has made stunning revelations about his first stint with Bengaluru Bulls in the Pro Kabaddi League. Pawan has disclosed that the senior players of his team would bully him a lot during his younger days.

Pawan, who is currently the captain of Telugu Titans in PKL, had two stints with the Bulls. He first played for the team in seasons three and four before returning to the franchise again from seasons six to eight.

During an appearance on Figuring Out With Raj Shamani, Pawan Sehrawat shared the story of how his team's senior players would make so much fun of him that he would end up crying.

"I would get tired while running. The coach would make us run 10kms daily. I asked someone in the team if I could take some rest. He would say yes. I asked if the coach will scold me, then the player said, 'No, no. I'll save you. I am like your elder brother.' I said fine. The coach once again got furious," Pawan narrated.
"The seniors wanted a young guy whom they could make fun of and bully. I was that young guy. They would do it daily. I would cry. I would cry in front of them. Those players made me cry so much. But, I am not afraid of them now," he added.

The Titans skipper asserted that person in seasons three, four and five was Pawan Kumar, while in season six, the same guy became who the world now knows as Pawan Sehrawat.

"Pawan Sehrawat came in season six. The guy who played in seasons three, four and five was Pawan Kumar. He was a kid, who was easily fooled by anyone. I was so immature I did not know what was right and what was wrong," the Telugu Titans captain said.

"Their pranks were of extreme level"- Pawan Sehrawat shares further details of being bullied in Bengaluru Bulls team

During the same show, Pawan Sehrawat commented that the veteran players of his team took advantage of his immaturity and used him to infuriate the coach. Sharing another incident from those days, Pawan continued:

"I was 18 or 19 years old when I came to play in Pro Kabaddi League. There were legends in PKL at that time. Their pranks were of extreme level. For example, the coach liked to be disciplined. So, someone told me go and tell the coach we want a holiday. I told the coach in front of the entire team that we want a holiday."
"Coach would get angry on me. He would tell, 'Someone get his tickets done, we will give him a permanent holiday.' I was in tears after that. Even my family had never said anything like this to me before," he concluded.

Sehrawat signed off by saying that those bad experiences made sure he would never misbehave with any youngster in his teams.
