Record Breaker Pardeep Narwal is all set to don the Bengaluru Bulls jersey in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) 2024 season. This marks a comeback for Pardeep, who made his PKL debut for the Bulls way back in Season 2.

Back then, he had limited opportunities, featuring in just six matches and scoring nine points. However, Pardeep later went on to establish his legacy with Patna Pirates before having stints with UP Yoddhas. Now, in PKL Season 11, he returns to where it all began, Bengaluru Bulls.

Randhir Singh Sehrawat, the Bulls’ head coach since PKL's inception, has handed Pardeep the captaincy for the 2024 season, trusting him to lead the team back to glory.

The Bengaluru Bulls will face Telugu Titans in the PKL 11 opener on Friday, October 18, at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad. The match promises to be a high-voltage Southern Derby, where Pardeep will go head-to-head with the "Hi-Flyer" Pawan Kumar Sehrawat.

Pardeep Narwal’s record in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL)

Pardeep Narwal is nicknamed the "Record Breaker" for good reason. He has played the most matches in the history of PKL, totaling 170 games, and has accumulated a staggering 1,690 raid points—the highest by any player in the league’s history.

His golden years began after his move to Patna Pirates in PKL Season 3. Pardeep was instrumental in the Pirates’ dominance, leading them to three consecutive titles. His remarkable feat of scoring 369 points in PKL Season 5 remains the highest by any raider in a single season.

One of his most memorable moments came when he set the record for the most raid points in a single raid, scoring eight points against Haryana Steelers in PKL Season 5.

However, his time with UP Yoddhas did not yield another title, and his form dipped in PKL Season 10, where he managed just 122 raid points in 17 games. With his return to Bengaluru Bulls, fans are hopeful that Pardeep Narwal will rediscover his legendary form and lead the team to success once again.
