The league's success has been instrumental in shaping the future of kabaddi in the country, creating opportunities for athletes to transition into coaching roles after retiring from the game.

Many former PKL stars have returned to the league as coaches, bringing their experience and insights to the sidelines, while some have also found success in guiding teams to new heights.

Ahead of Season 11, several teams made additions to their coaching staff, with former players stepping into key coaching roles. As these players transition from the mat to the coaching box, they aim to bring the same intensity and tactical acumen that made them successful as players.
