On Monday, July 15, Aryan Club and BSS Sporting Club locked horns in the 49th match of the Calcutta Football League. Mohammedan SC and Southern Samity went up in the 50th while Measurers Club and Patha Chakra met in the next.
Mohammedan SC and Suruchi Sangha continue to hold the top two spots with 10 points each. However, Mohammedan have a goal difference of nine while Suruchi have three.
Diamond Harbour defeated Suruchi Sangha 1-0 in the previous game. Justin Jobby scored the solitary goal for the Diamond. They moved from fourth position to third with 10 points in their account.
United SC rose from fifth to fourth position following their previous win against Wari Athletic Club 3-0. Bhaaranyu Bansal, Sourendra Biswas and Tarak Hembram scored a goal each for United.

Wari Athletic Club, who lost their last game against United SC 3-0, continue to hold the 12th position with three losses and two draws.
Similarly, Pathachakra continue to sit at the bottom of the points table having lost three out of their four games.
