The 2024 PGA Championship champion, Xander Schauffele, was born on October 25, 1993. He has a total of 11 professional wins, including the 2017 Tour Championship and the 2018 WGC-HSBC Champions.

Schauffele has already finished runner-up in the 2019 Masters Tournament, the 2018 Open Championship and a third place finish at the 2019 US Open. However, Schauffele's maiden major victory came in May 2024, when he birdied the last hole of the PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club.
