Jordan Spieth seems to have finally found his groove this season. On Saturday, July 6, he fired an 8-under 63 in the third round of the John Deere Classic. This is his lowest round this year.

Jordan Spieth was tied for 57th after 36 holes at the TPC Deere Run at 6-under. However, he made a whopping 35 spots surge on Saturday after shooting 63. He birdied nine holes including five back-to-back from Hole 4 to Hole 8. The lone bogey of the day came on the 13th hole after his chip fell short.

Spieth, a two-time champion at TPC Deere Run, is now tied for 12th at 14-under and is seven shots behind the leader Davis Thompson.

Fans online were elated after seeing their favorite golfer back in form. Here's a look at some of the reactions:

"PGA Tour needs this so bad," one fan wrote.
"We are so back," another fan posted.
"He's back. Sometimes you gotta go back to go forward. The Open Championship engaged, and this round should solidify him on the President's Cup Roster. Nobody can go that low in Silvis," this fan opined.
"Way to go, Jordan! Keep shining on the course 🌟⛳️, another fan praised.
"Win it tomorrow, Jordan," another user wrote.
"Well done, chief @JordanSpieth," this fan posted.

"I would like to just improve on my back nine score tomorrow" - Jordan Spieth reflects on the third round of the John Deere Classic

Reflecting on Saturday's round at the John Deere Classic, Jordan Spieth said that it was a solid round. He added that he felt much better than being 7-under after 16 and was almost weirdly disappointed at that point.

"I would like to just improve on my back nine score tomorrow from today's," he said, as per Golfweek. "So that's certainly something as I make the turn regardless what I do on the front I'll be sitting there going, man, I want to shoot the 4-under I felt like I should have shot yesterday."

The three-time Major champion will tee off on Sunday, July 7, at 12:05 pm ET from the first hole alongside Sami Valimaki and Rico Hoey for the final round of the John Deere Classic.

Jordan Spieth is still seven shots behind leader Davis Thompson who shot 62 in the third round. Eric Cole and Aaron Rai are tied for second at 19-under.
