Scottie Scheffler and Collin Morikawa are currently neck to neck at the Tour Championship, which features a $25 million winner’s share. Heading into the final round, Scheffler is atop the leaderboard at 26-under, five shots ahead of second-place finisher Morikawa, who is at 21 under.

The two joined the press conference after the round and talked about competing with each other in what has been a tightly matched event. Remarking on the 'fantastic' round they had, Scheffler said (via "ASAP Sports"):

“Yeah, we both played -- yesterday had a fantastic round and I played pretty solid and then today we both had really solid days out there. Yeah, we were both playing some good golf,” Scottie Scheffler explained (ASAP Sports)

Following that, Collin Morikawa was asked if he had any strategies to get past the World No. 1, to which Morikawa replied:

“I mean, it's going to be very hard, but I believe in myself that I can do it. Five shots is a lot, but two-shot swings happen… I've just got to play my game. I've got to go low…I'm going to put everything I have into these next 24 hours,” Morikawa said.
"If we're both in the fairway and you have a wedge, you're going to see some good shots. It's nice that if he hits one that I stick one close and vice versa. I just hope to have some swings tomorrow. I've got to start making putts. I've got to make everything tomorrow,” he added.

The final round of the Tour Championship will take place on Sunday, with the winner of the FedEx playoffs receiving the title.
