English golfer Matt Fitzpatrick recently tied the knot with his girlfriend, Katherine Gaal. The couple had been dating for a while and engaged in September 2023. They had planned to get married toward the end of this year, and finally, they walked down the aisle.
NUCLR Golf shared pictures of the Fitzpatrick couple on their X (formerly Twitter) handle on October 19, Saturday. The pair donned matching white wedding attire, with Fitzpatrick wearing a three-piece suit and a black bow tie, while Gaal stunned in a beautiful white wedding gown.
Sharing the pictures, NUCLR Golf captioned the post:
"#JUST MARRIED — Congratulations to the Fitzpatricks on tying the knot."
The English golfer proposed to Katherine Gaal in September 2023. Fitzpatrick popped the question under an arch of flowers and shared pictures of their engagement on his Instagram account. After over a year, the couple has tied the knot. Matt Fitzpatrick's brother, Alex, was his best man at the ceremony.
LIV golfer Tyrrell Hatton did share his plans for the ceremony. He did not compete in this week's Andalucía Masters to attend Fitzpatrick's wedding. Discussing the wedding after winning the 2024 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship earlier this month, Hatton said (via Bunkered):
“I was meant to be going to Fitzy’s wedding the week of Spain, and I had to message him a few weeks ago to say if I don’t earn enough points I might not be able to go. I felt so bad about that. I guess [I had] a little bit of extra motivation to play well and be able to be there for their special day."
Katherine Gaal appeared in Netflix's popular golf series, Full Swing, soon after the couple made their relationship public.

In July this year, Matt Fitzpatrick and Katherine Gaal had a special amusement park-themed photoshoot. The couple posed in matching outfits while enjoying activities at the park.
Gaal wore a beautiful white dress with her hair down and paired it with flat white footwear. Meanwhile, Matt Fitzpatrick opted for a polo t-shirt, white shorts, and a black belt, completing his look with white sneakers.
In the comments section of the post, Gaal expressed her excitement for their wedding, writing:
