England's ace golfer Justin Rose recently played a round of golf with England's soccer captain Harry Kane. While Rose is a big Chelsea fan, Kane plays for Bayern Munich. However, the two clubs' "representatives" decided to settle their rivalry on the golf course instead.
Rose was recently seen at the FedEx St. Jude Championship, where he tied for 22nd and finished 55th in the FedEx Cup standings. Since then, he has been on a break and was recently seen playing with Kane.
On Monday, September 2, Justin Rose shared a photograph with England's star striker on X.
"It was team @FCBayern @ChelseaFC out on the course.. @HKane 🤝," he wrote.
Besides Rose and Kane, Tottenham Hotspur's James Maddinson and former Ukrainian soccer captain Andriy Shevchenko also joined them at the game.
Rose's season is far from finished, as he is set to compete in several events on the DP World Tour. He has also confirmed his participation in the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship later this year.
As for Kane, he was in action in the Bundesliga a couple of days ago, where he helped Bayern Munich secure a 2-0 win over Freiburg. He scored his first goal of the season by converting a penalty in the 38th minute. Last season, he was the Bundesliga's top scorer with 36 goals.

Justin Rose had a mixed 2024 season on the PGA Tour, though he did achieve a couple of memorable results. He made 12 cuts in 19 appearances and registered two top-ten finishes, both in major championships.
Rose tied for sixth at the PGA Championship before finishing as the joint runner-up at The Open Championship. Overall, he earned $3,058,683 on the PGA Tour this year. For the uninitiated, the 44-year-old golfer has won eleven times on the Tour but has been searching for his first victory since the 2023 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
