Justin Rose keen to win BMW PGA Championship- "It's definitely one of my Majors"

After failing to win an event on the PGA Tour this season, Justin Rose will be playing at the upcoming BMW PGA Championship on the DP World Tour. This event will mark the English professional golfer's first appearance on the European tour in 2024.

Ahead of the BMW PGA Championship, Rose was part of a press conference at the Wentworth Golf Club. At the press conference, Rose said he would like to win something before the year ends, which promoted a question that how special would a win at the BMW PGA Championship be.

Rose answered:

"Yeah, if I was given a choice, obviously it's the DP World Tour championship, great tournament, but this one a little closer to home, means a lot. I've seen my caddie Fooch when it was Billy Horschel, so it would be nice to win it with him, as well. 100 percent. It's definitely one of my Majors, and then pretty much outside of the Majors, I couldn't really think of an event I'd love to win more than this one."

Till now, Justin Rose has registered 11 victories on the European Tour. However, he has never been able to win the BMW PGA Championship. This year's edition of the tournament will be played between September 19-22 at the Wentworth Golf Club.
