Keegan Bradley and his caddie, Scott Vail, have been working together for eight years. However, despite their long partnership, Vail is still not comfortable with one of Bradley's pre-event routines.

Bradley is a multi-time winner on the PGA Tour and famously won the PGA Championship in 2011. He is also set to captain Team USA at the Ryder Cup next year. Vail, a veteran caddie, has worked with several big names, including Bradley and Henrik Stenson.

In the latest episode of the Golf Subpar podcast, Vail revealed Keegan Bradley's habit that he isn't quite fond of.

"Sometimes like he’ll get himself so amped up. He’s like, 'Scott, I didn't sleep a wink.' And then he wants to go for dinner at 4:30 pm on a Monday and Tuesday," Vail said, as per Golf. "But as soon as Tuesday night’s done, it’s DoorDash, it’s Uber Eats. He doesn’t leave that hotel room. I say, 'You are a whack job," he added.

Vail added that Bradley would be done with everything in the evening by the time other people eat dinner.

How successful has Keegan Bradley been with his caddie Scott Vail?

Keegan Bradley teamed up with Scott Vail in 2016. Before that, Vail was the longtime caddie for Steven Hale, but the duo parted ways that year. He then carried the bag for Henrik Stenson during the Open Championship that year before joining forces with Bradley.

Vail hails from a sports-oriented family, as he is the son of NHL veteran Eric Vail. However, he picked up golf at the Oshawa Golf Club in Canada and started his career on the Canadian Tour and Korn Ferry Tour before moving to the PGA Tour.

Bradley and Vail first won the BMW Championship in 2018, defeating Justin Rose in a playoff. Their second win came at the 2022 Zozo Championship, where they posted a one-shot victory over Rickie Fowler and Andrew Putnam.

The duo has since won four titles on the PGA Tour, including two BMW Championship titles. Both were also part of the U.S. team that won at the Presidents Cup last week.

Here's a look at all the wins of Keegan Bradley and Scott Vail:

  • 2018 BMW Championship
  • 2022 Zozo Championship
  • 2023 Travelers Championship
