Bubba Watson recently talked about his love for rap and country music and his rap career in the "Fairway to Heaven" podcast with Jerry Foltz and Su-Ann Heng. Watson is part of the boy band "Golf Boys" and has appeared in several music videos.

Some of Watson's notable songs are "Oh Oh Oh" by Golf Boys, "Michael Jackson" by Andy Mineo, and "Ima Just Do It" by KB. Both Andy Mineo and KB are Christian hip-hop artists. His debut single "Bubbaclaus" has 900k views on YouTube.

In the podcast, Heng told Watson that during the first party hole event on LIV Golf, he played his song as his walk-up music which was a huge mic drop moment. He corrected her and then described his music journey.

"Just for the record, I didn't write it," Bubba Watson said. "His name is KB. He's a hip-hop artist. So he asked me to do 16 bars on his song. And I was like, well, yeah, I'm not gonna turn that down. And so I did a couple of songs with Golf Boys. I did a Christmas rap song too. So yeah, I've had fun with it."

Bubba Watson had played "Ima Just Do It" by KB at the party hole event. Heng further asked if rap was his thing. He said:

"So I listen to Christian hip hop or positive hip hop because I just would take out the cussing. But yeah, I love it. I love fast beats. I'll fall asleep, country music. You know what I'm saying? Country music, I'll just fall asleep."

The 12-time PGA Tour winner has played in LIV Golf since 2022. He'll next play in LIV Golf Chicago from September 13 to 15 at Bolingbrook Golf Club.
