LIV Golf star Phil Mickelson was recently featured on Bryson DeChambeau's show Break 50. During the episode, he revealed that his most prized memorabilia was a Morgan Head silver dollar that he only uses during tournaments.

Phil Mickelson is one of the greatest golfers of all time, with 45 PGA Tour wins, including six Major championships. He was one of the first signings by LIV Golf and leads the team HyFlyers GC on the circuit. According to Celebrity Net Worth, he has a net worth of $300 million.

During the Break 50 episode, Bryson DeChambeau asked the veteran about his most prized memorabilia.

"I have a Morgan Head silver dollar it came from my grandfather." Mickelson replied. "It's from 1900 and my grandfather grew up not wealthy, very, very poor. And he got pulled out of school in grade school by his dad to work and help the family and he always felt poor.
"But he had this silver dollar he would carry in his pocket at all times, in fact he was one of the initial caddies at Pebble Beach. He would go two days of not eating. He wouldn't spend it because every time he reached in his pocket and felt that silver dollar, he didn't feel poor."

The 54-year-old golfer revealed that he had it in his bag and only used it during the tournament, not during practice.

"I use it in tournament days," he continued. "And I think of him every time I pull it out, like every time I have that in my hand I think of him. He was a very special person to me."

Has Phil Mickelson ever won on the LIV Golf circuit?

Phil Mickelson recently finished his third season on LIV Golf, but he is yet to win a title on the circuit. He has had just three top-10 finishes since the league's inception. This year, he tied for sixth at LIV Golf Jeddah, which was his best result so far.

Mickelson's last professional win came at the 2021 PGA Championship, where he beat Brooks Koepka and Louis Oosthuizen by two shots to become the oldest player to win a Major championship. Last year, he tied for second at the Masters Tournament, becoming the oldest runner-up at the event.

The six-time Major champion was last seen at the LIV Golf Team Championship, where his team HyFlyers GC finished eighth.
