MacIntyre started his game with a round of 67, followed by another round of 65 to make the cut. He maintained his dominance in the concluding two rounds, scoring 63 in the third round and 67 in the final round, ultimately winning the event. He was the runner-up last year and was fortunate to win the event in 2024.

Adam Scott's odds for winning the Genesis Scottish Open were +5000, per FanDuel Sportsbook. He stunned fans with his performance and finished second.

Scott was in contention to win the event, but the game changed on the final three holes, resulting in MacIntyre's victory. Adam Scott scored 67 in the first round, followed by another round of 65. He scored 64 in the third round and 67 in the final round.

According to the aforementioned outlet, Aaron Rai's odds of winning the Genesis Scottish Open were +6000, but the English golfer surprised everyone with his remarkable performance throughout the tournament. He shot 68 in the first round, followed by another round of 65. He scored 70 in the third round and finished with a final round of 63, tying for fourth place.

French golfer Romain Langasque delivered the most surprising performance at the 2024 Genesis Scottish Open. His odds for the Genesis Scottish Open were +25,000, as per CBS Sports.

However, he overperformed his odds and shot 64 in the fourth round, jumping 20 positions to secure third place. He started with a round of 66, followed by another round of 68, and shot 67 in the third round.


#5 Richard Mansell

Richard Mansell also exceeded expectations at the 2024 Genesis Scottish Open. He shot 61 in the final round, jumping 46 positions on the leaderboard to secure the tenth spot. According to CBS Sports, his odds to win the event were +20,000.

He opened with a round of 67, followed by another round of 69 and a third round of 70. Mansell was fabulous in the final round despite starting with a bogey on the second hole. After that, he played impressively, shooting four birdies on the front nine and six birdies on the back nine to score -9. He tied for 10th place at the event.
