PSG ready to make stunning move to sign Manchester City and Chelsea target - Reports

Paris Saint-Germain are ready to make a stunning move to sign Manchester City and Chelsea target Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, who plays for Napoli. The exciting Georgian forward has been one of the best players in Naples, helping them win the Scudetto in 2023.

Last season, he struggled with a few fitness issues but that did not stop the 23-year-old from scoring 11 goals and providing eight assists in 34 league appearances. He took that form into Euro 2024, where he led Georgia, scoring once in four games before they bowed out of the competition.

His performances have piqued the interest of clubs like Chelsea and Manchester City in recent months. However, they will need to watch their backs, as PSG are prepared to make their move for the forward.

While Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis' hard negotiations have stalled the Premier League clubs, it has not deterred the Parisians.

According to a report from todofichajes, PSG have offered nearly €200 million to sign Kvicha Kvaratskhelia as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe. The 2018 World Cup winner just left them this summer, opting to continue his career with Real Madrid.

Everything will depend on the Napoli president's decision, as De Laurentiis may decide to hold onto the winger, whose contract concludes in 2027. Clubs like Chelsea will be monitoring the situation, but in the meantime, the Parisians look to be on the front foot for his services.

Frank Leboeuf tells Chelsea that Blues winger is worth less than £1 million

While the Blues have their eyes on an expensive winger, Frank Leboeuf has singled out a struggling forward back at Stamford Bridge. The former Blues defender stated that winger Mykhailo Mudryk is worth less than £1 million in a scathing rant.

The 23-year-old winger has not met expectations since his mega-money move from Ukraine, scoring just five goals in 46 Premier League games. His performances have led to rumors that he might be sold but Leboeuf does not think this will happen because of his low value.

The Frenchman said to Boyle Sports (via Football.london):

"Who would want to buy Mudryk? I wouldn’t even buy him for ten million at the moment. In fact, I wouldn’t even buy him for £1m. Why would you want to spend money on a player who is not in any way productive? I was bought for £2m in 1996 and I thought that was a lot! Mudryk was bought for £70m or something - it’s insane!"

Mudryk will be hoping he can turn things around with Chelsea when the next campaign begins.
