Trent Alexander-Arnold has linked to a move away from Liverpool next summer.

Liverpool are reportedly monitoring Sevilla's 21-year-old right-back Juanlu Sánchez due to the uncertainty over Trent Alexander-Arnold's future at Anfield. The English full-back, a cornerstone of the Liverpool system, is out of contract at the end of the 2024-25 season, and negotiations for a new deal have yet to begin.

Rumors have linked Real Madrid to the explosive 25-year-old next summer. Hence, in light of the possibility of Alexander-Arnold's departure, Arne Slot has begun scouting potential replacements, with Sánchez emerging as a key target.

According to Caught Offside, the Reds are one of several Premier League clubs tracking the Spanish defender’s progress. Arsenal and West Ham United are also keeping tabs on the Sevilla star.

A versatile player, Sanchez can play as a right-back, right-winger, and even a central midfielder.

His adaptability has caught the attention of top clubs across Europe. He has been with Sevilla since 2015 and made his senior debut in 2021, featuring in 44 matches since then. The 21-year-old also experienced success at the Paris Olympics with Spain earlier this year, adding to his growing reputation.

With a contract at Sevilla until 2026, the La Liga club is reportedly open to offers of around €25 million in 2025.

Liverpool linked with surprise move for Chelsea outcast winger - Reports

Liverpool have reportedly shown interest in signing Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk in case Mohamed Salah departs next summer. According to Fichajes, the Reds are monitoring the 23-year-old Ukrainian international, whose time at Stamford Bridge has been underwhelming since his high-profile €100 million transfer last season.

Mudryk has struggled to justify his price tag, scoring only seven goals in 64 appearances for the Blues. His inconsistent performances have drawn widespread criticism, and a fresh start could be what he needs to revive his career.

Liverpool may offer him that opportunity, with reports suggesting they could be willing to negotiate a deal in the region of €35 million, potentially rising to €50 million with add-ons.

Chelsea, on the other hand, are reportedly prepared to accept a significant loss on their investment in Mudryk. Recouping €50 million would allow the club to reinvest in their squad, given that Mudryk’s departure seems increasingly likely.

However, the prospect of Mudryk filling the void left by Salah, should the Egyptian depart in the future, is a source of skepticism. Salah is widely regarded as one of the world’s best players, and Mudryk’s recent form suggests he might struggle to live up to such lofty expectations.
