According to Turkish outlet Aspor, Galatasaray are keen on signing Liverpool full-back Andy Robertson. The Scottish full-back hasn't played under Arne Slot yet, having picked up a minor injury in pre-season.

Robertson joined the Reds back in 2017 and has since been a key player for the club, winning seven major trophies. He has so far made 297 appearances for the Reds, scoring 11 goals and providing 65 assists.

Robertson's injury, though, has put him out of action and Konstantinos Tsimikas has deputized during pre-season. The aforementioned report claims Galatasaray are looking to accelerate their approach for Robertson.

While the Reds haven't yet put a price tag on the player, his value is believed to be around £25 million. Robertson is currently 30 and his contract expires at the end of the 2025-26 season.

Liverpool have recently taken a more stern approach in offering new contracts to over-30 players. That could signify that the end of Robertson's stay at Anfield is nearing.

Hence, a suitable bid could see the Merseysiders cash on it. That said, Robertson has been an influential player for the Reds, and Arne Slot isn't expected to make a decision on Robertson's future before seeing him in action on the pitch.

Luis Diaz looks likely to stay at Liverpool

Luis Diaz is another player who has been linked with a Liverpool exit this summer. Barcelona were touted as a potential suitor for the Colombian and the player's father also hinted at a move.

Barca, though, have since prioritized signing Nico Williams. With the Spain international's move hitting a standstill, Barca have contacted Bayern Munich over a potential loan deal for Kingsley Coman, as Florian Plettenberg has reported.

Coman and Hansi Flick share a good relationship since their days together at Bayern and the Frenchman could potentially join Barca. That means Diaz is unlikely to leave Liverpool soon.

The winger has been a key player for the Reds since his move from FC Porto in January 2022. He has so far scored 24 goals and has provided 13 assists in 98 games for the club.

Diaz scored 13 goals and provided five assists in 51 appearances during the 2023-24 season. He remains an integral part of the Reds' attack and is expected to play a pivotal role under Arne Slot.

Diaz is contracted with the Anfield club until 2027 and the 27-year-old has an estimated market value of €75 million.
